It doesn't seem like https://github.com/ericzundel/mvn2pants is believed to work (cf. https://github.com/ericzundel/mvn2pants/issues/1#issuecomment-174078565, https://github.com/ericzundel/mvn2pants/pull/2). I don't think [linking to it in the docs](http://pantsbuild.github.io/setup_repo.html#build-files) makes sense in this state!
