Project View not (always) loading properly

This morning I wanted to use the Project View but I got an exception:

After a while, I tried again and the Project View worked without exceptions.

I think I have already seen a similar exception trying to load the Usage page.

Checked prod just now, it's using a different name for the asset: index.lazy-CqIdHToH.js.

So it's related to cache and if the client is using an older cached version it will have invalid references and needs to reload. To fix this issue occurring we should see about detecting if a newer version is available somehow and prompt a reload of the page
