Remove unused scripts and static resources from score

This PR removes unused files and directories from the score-server repository. Specifically, the following changes have been made:

• Removed the entire scripts directory from score-server.
• Removed the entire score-server/src/main/resources/static directory, including:
• The index.html file previously located at score-server/src/main/resources/static/index.html.
• The favicon.ico file previously located at score-server/src/main/resources/favicon.ico.

These changes were made to clean up the repository and remove deprecated or unused resources.
