chore(otter): changes before the 2026-10-04 sync

Carries the work committed to `main` since the 2026-10-03 sync onto the new base, upstream `pingdotgg/t3code` `main` at ee7b49d. PR pingdotgg#2829 merged on 2026-10-02, so upstream is now `main`.

The feature stack (brand, release, Linear, scoped diff review, code intelligence, generated adaptation) was rebased onto the new base before this PR, and the old `main` is preserved as `backup/otter-before-2026-10-04`.

Commits:

• feat(otter): Chrome extensions in the browser preview (feat(otter): Chrome extensions in the browser preview #15). The only conflict was `pnpm-lock.yaml`, where both sides added packages.

Conflicts resolved while rebasing the stack:

• Sidebar brand: kept upstream's new `SidebarBrandMark` (fix(web): keep sidebar branding and build pills from clipping at varying font sizes and zoom levels pingdotgg/t3code#12141) and put the Otter wordmark in it.
• Settings contracts and patch merge: kept both upstream's `usageModelAliases` and Otter's `linear`.
• `ProjectionStore`: kept Otter's Linear projection type and upstream's expanded settlement doc.
• `DiffPanel` / `FilePreviewPanel`: adopted upstream's morph icons (feat(web): morph composer and panel action icons pingdotgg/t3code#14924) and kept the scoped diff review and code intelligence icons.
• Third-party licenses: kept upstream's mermaid deps and Otter's `@vscode/l10n`.

Verified with a frozen install, typechecks for contracts, shared, client-runtime, server, web, desktop, and mobile, and focused tests (shared, contracts, server settings/Linear/settlement/workspace, desktop preview/window, web diffs/files/Linear/settings/sidebar, relay Linear). All pass.
