Hi @drkgyoung,

This usually happens due to verification checks, not document quality. Try this:

  • Make sure your GitHub profile name + billing name exactly match the letter (no titles like Dr., Prof.).

  • Upload one clear image/PDF showing:

    • University letterhead
    • Your full name
    • Employment status
    • A recent date (within last 3–6 months). If possible, ask HR for an updated letter dated 2025.
  • Log out and log back in before re-applying.

If it still fails, reply to your last rejection email or open a GitHub Education support ticket and request manual review, mentioning repeated attempts and UK faculty status.

Faculty verifications often need manual approval, so escalation is normal here.
