Since this is a billing and account access problem, the best and only way to get it resolved is to contact GitHub Support directly. Public discussions like this can't handle private account details. However, you can try these quick steps first: Log out and Log back in: Log out of both GitHub and your VS Code/IDE, and then log back in. This often forces a re-sync of your account status. Check your Subscription: Double-check your GitHub billing page to see if the subscription is listed as active. Check Google Play: Verify the subscription status in your Google Play account's "Payments & subscriptions" section. If those steps don't work, please submit a ticket to GitHub Support immediately using this link: https://support.github.com/contact/billing. This happens sometimes when subscriptions are purchased via mobile stores (Google Play or Apple) instead of directly on GitHub. The payment goes through the store, but GitHub might not immediately recognize it in your account. Steps to fix: Make sure you’re logged in with the same GitHub account you intended to upgrade. Check your email for any confirmation from GitHub or Google Play. If the issue persists, contact Google Play support with your transaction ID—they can confirm the payment and may trigger access. GitHub support may take time, so also consider opening a ticket with Google Play first |

I have recently renewed my Copilot Pro + Subscription, using mobile... through Google Play.. Money deducted, but no access!!!!!!!! Why is everyone complaining about this same issue, and GitHub is not bothering to address it at all!! I tried to reach out to support, only to get an automatic response. The last time they responded was after 2 months.
