Edu Benefits are active, but Copilot benefits aren't active

I've verified my account and activated education benefits:

But my Copilot benefits aren't activated:

(the first screenshot is from the "Billing and Licensing">"Education Benefits" page, and the second is from "Copilot">"Features")

The limit is the same as the free profile - 50 chats messages every 4 day. I've already reached it, and got blocked from the chat.

I've activated my education benefits a few months ago, and I seem to remember it working great. I wasn't close to the limit.

Hi @galarlo,

Once approved, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
