   @bejgli , can you please try again, and if it fails again, supply the opc-request-id? It needs to be no older than 48 hours when the Object Storage team investigates.

   For what it's worth, I used the OCI CLI to test this feature, and while I could not test in eu-zurich-1, it did work in us-phoenix-1.
