This PR modernizes the Neo4j Grafana dashboards by re-exporting panels into newer Grafana JSON structures (timeseries/stat panels, updated fieldConfig/options) and adjusts several PromQL queries/templating definitions to be more consistent (e.g., regex pod matching, byte units).

- Updates multiple panels from legacy
graph/singlestatformats totimeseries/stat, including legends, tooltips, units, and layout. - Fixes/adjusts PromQL expressions (e.g., TLS metric name, pod label matching, removes manual byte-to-MB conversions where units are set to
bytes). - Bumps dashboard
schemaVersionfrom 27 to 36 across the updated dashboards.
