Play-based backend for logging OTP queries.

Change the admin password in `initial-data.yml`.

Download and install the [Play Framework 1.2.5.x](http://www.playframework.com/download).  Be sure to add play directory to your PATH variable

`cd otp-datastore`

Run

`play dep`

and

`play run`
