• Sentry organizes but doesn't foot the bill, tickets to attend sold at cost
• put together a nice program

    • highest $/dev?

    • most contagious? (most referrals - most others brought to banquet, most others actually onboarded)
  • invite a maintainer or two? foundation director or two? (pay their way, include in ticket cost)
  • year-in-review, plans for future
  • book Randall Munroe?

• Add London and Bangalore events in future ;)

@gregkumparak mentioned on our call today that, in addition to the banquet, we could also invite influential maintainers to come to eg SF, to meet with Chad etc, rally around our common values, brainstorm ideas for pitching the Pledge etc. Maybe we can make planning easier by doing this at a conference. Maybe we can time this with our anniversary, eg at GitHub Universe?
