I left a few questions for engineering/QE.
As I am new to this product area, I am a bit unsure what details are relevant to customers and what is under the hood. I tried to err on the side of completion, but let me know if we can trim a bit more or if I omitted any important details.

@michaelryanpeter Thanks for taking a look at this. The document looks good. I noticed the branch labels cover 4.18 through 4.22 and 5.0, but there's no enterprise-4.23. Should this also target 4.23, or has that branch not been created yet? |
