Summary

Fixes CVE-2026-33814 (GO-2026-4918) by replacing golang.org/x/net with github.com/openshift-sustaining/net@v0.35.0-sec.4 so release-4.17 can keep Go 1.22.0. Upstream v0.53.0 requires Go 1.25.0+.

Changes

• Added replace directive for golang.org/x/net
• Updated go.mod, go.sum, and vendor

Test Plan

• Go version unchanged (go 1.22.0)
• Vendor includes the patched HTTP/2 transport
• CI tests pass
