Description
The model's intention is only to declare a user's proficiency and is unbiased of where it comes from. However, there are several situations where internal tracking may be helpful. (Learning systems, usage-history, etc.)
Suggestion
Provide recommendations in the schema to standardize such an offering, but make it optional and not impactful on the actual scores.
