Add Memind OpenClaw integration

Summary

• Add a publishable @openmemind/memind-openclaw package with OpenClaw memory-slot activation, manifest, config validation, and package tooling.
• Implement fail-open prompt recall, text-only post-turn ingestion, submitted-message state, and file-backed retry spooling.
• Add user documentation plus CI and npm release workflows for the OpenClaw integration.
