feat: optimize SQL query paths

Summary

• Push raw-data caption-vector lookups into store implementations instead of broad in-memory scans.
• Add store-side temporal item lookup for JDBC and MyBatis while preserving existing fallback semantics.
• Add schema/index updates and focused tests for core, JDBC SQLite, and MyBatis coverage.
