feat: redesign temporal memory item extraction

Summary

• redesign memory item extraction around structured temporal normalization
• persist occurred_start, occurred_end, and time_granularity while preserving legacy occurred_at compatibility on reads
• align JDBC and MyBatis-Plus schema upgrades, converters, and regression tests with the new temporal model
