Description

The "New" button in the left sidebar is always shown, but some views don't support creating anything, so the button is disabled there without any explanation. Until now, only the Spaces overview had a tooltip (when the user lacks permission to create Spaces).

This adds helpful tooltips to the floating action button extensions that tell users what to do instead:

Files

View	Tooltip
Shares (with me, with others, via link)	To share a file or folder, open the Sharing panel
Favorites	To add a favorite, open the context menu of a file or folder and select "Add to favorites"
Search	To create or upload files, open a folder or Space
Deleted files	To create or upload files, switch to Personal or a Space

Admin settings

View	Tooltip
Apps	To add apps, use the App Store

How Has This Been Tested?

• test environment: local dev setup
• test case 1: hover the disabled "New" button in each of the listed files views and check the tooltip
• test case 2: hover the disabled "New" button in Admin settings → Apps and check the tooltip
• test case 3: Spaces overview still shows "Creating Spaces requires additional permissions" without the permission and no tooltip with it
