Description

The status column in the admin settings apps list was not sortable. This PR makes it sortable so admins can group apps by "Active" and "Failed".

• The status column is now sortable, based on the loaded state of the app (not the translated label). Ascending shows active apps first, descending shows failed apps first.

• test environment: local, Vitest unit tests
• test case 1: sorting by name ascending/descending still works
• test case 2: sorting by status ascending/descending
