Avoid Breaking Change! #3842

#3609 comes with a Breaking Change tag. The breaking change is that the configuration requires a secret being set.

According to PM we need to avoid breaking changes by all means. We need to avoid this one to ship the upcoming release without breaking change.

Working proposal: Co-Use an existing secret to spin up the service unless there is a specific secret.
