Cleanup old ActivityLog Entries #3814

Describe the bug
I would like to clear old activity log entries throughout my whole installation.
But setting environment variables to let them timeout does not work.

Steps to reproduce
- set ACTIVITYLOG_STORE_TTL to 60s
- set ACTIVITYLOG_MAX_ACTIVITIES to 10
Expected behavior
Old activitylog entries get deleted form default nats backend.
Actual behavior
The entries remain.

I’ve just updated to newest version of opencloud (9.0.0). Looks like the activitylog is still there. The reason why I want to remove it is because I’ve a lot of entries from my initial bulk data migration. During migration activitylog was turned off. However after enabling again I saw {user} changed file-abc etc in the logs. Please let me know if more information is needed for debugging. Thanks 😊
