What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

Version 26.325.31654 (1272)

What subscription do you have?

ChatGPT Plus

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 25.3.0 arm64 arm

What issue are you seeing?

I am unable to create PRs from the Codex app. I get:
"Install GitHub CLI (gh) to create PRs"

I have tried reinstalling the gh cli and restarting the shell and the device.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I am unable to reproduce the bug

What is the expected behavior?

The expected behavior would be to being able to create the PR

    I have managed to fix the issue by following this instruction:

    sudo mkdir -p /usr/local/bin
sudo ln -sf /opt/homebrew/bin/gh /usr/local/bin/gh
/usr/local/bin/gh version
/usr/local/bin/gh auth status
