I know this isn't a technical bug report, but I'm forced to open this issue because every other channel has failed us.
Team/Business users have been raising this concern in comments on other issues and on Twitter for days, and we've been ignored every single time.
Background
Since March 5, a usage drain bug has been affecting a lot of Codex users regardless of their plan type (see CLI-3669, 324+ comments). Multiple resets have been performed for Plus and Pro users since then, related to this and other issues, but Business accounts have been systematically forgotten.
This morning, Thibault Sottiaux (Engineering Lead, Codex team) announced another reset after widespread connection issues on March 10 that he himself acknowledged in his tweet (https://x.com/thsottiaux/status/2031605592352313567). Once again, Team/Business accounts were left out.
What we've tried
- Commenting on CLI-3669 asking for parity. Ignored, then the issue was locked.
- Raising a support ticket. Got a generic automated response, no real human support.
- Following up with support. Still waiting for a human to actually look at this.
The ask
Team/Business users pay more per seat. We suffer from the same issues. We deserve the same remediation. It's that simple.
Please include Team/Business accounts in usage resets when they are performed for Plus and Pro users. The repeated exclusion feels like we simply don't matter.
