From what's visible there: 2026-02-20-144204.kernel.core.log might shed some light on it.
How large is panic-full... ?

What is macOS build (sw_vers output)?

As you reported freezing, panic might be secondary to it, as just freezing normally generates tailspin reports.

Can it be reproduced with same-size non-json payloads?
