Update or edit a skill (not from the app)
App restart required to see it

Live detection of new and updated skills is now implemented. Please make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
I just confirmed that I'm able to create a new skill, and it appears in the app without restarting.
If you're able to repro the problem with the latest version of the app, please provide detailed repro steps.
