When Codex is attempting to compact a long conversation, I get:

Error running remote compact task: unexpected status 413 Payload Too Large:

413 Payload Too Large

413 Payload Too Large

cloudflare

, url: https://chatgpt.com/backend-api/codex/responses/compact, cf-ray: 9cc204458e2a8075-SJC

And also:

{"detail":"Bad Request"}

This is reproducible.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Hold a long conversation with Codex and ask Codex to visually inspect screenshots of its work.

What is the expected behavior?

Conversations should be compacted without errors.
