Cannot pull codex-universal to local setup

Based on Codex documentation https://developers.openai.com/codex/cloud/environments#default-universal-image, the image should be available to pull. When you try to pull the image, you receive the following error:

docker pull ghcr.io/openai/codex-universal:latest
Error response from daemon: Head "https://ghcr.io/v2/openai/codex-universal/manifests/latest": denied: denied

The image should be made available, or the documentation in Codex should be updated.

I am able to pull the image. Infact managed to deploy this into my k8s cluster. But once i access the terminal and execute the codex command, shell complains codex is not available.
