Currently both [decoders](https://github.com/openSenseMap/frontend/blob/dev/app/lib/decoding-service.server.ts#L130) only handle two phenomena, while [the old ones](https://github.com/szakeetm/osm-api/blob/main/packages/models/src/measurement/decoding/luftdatenHandler.js) handle _a lot_ more.
