Run the tests on Python 3.15 for every package that is tested on 3.14, add the Python 3.15 classifier, and regenerate the workflows. On pull requests the 3.15 jobs now run in place of the 3.14 ones, since 3.15 is the newest CPython. Some test pins need newer releases on 3.15: - typing_extensions 4.10.0 and 4.12.0 fail to import there, because typing.no_type_check_decorator was removed. 4.14.0 is the first release that imports. - grpcio, grpcio-tools and rpds-py have no cp315 wheels before 1.84.0, 1.84.0 and 2026.5.1. rpds-py 0.30.0 fails to build from source (PyO3 0.27 supports Python up to 3.14), and grpcio has to be compiled. grpcio-tools 1.84.0 requires protobuf >= 7.35.1. As was done for 3.13 and 3.14, the grpc and opencensus exporters get a grpcio floor for 3.15 (1.84.0), and the grpc exporter's oldest and latest requirements and uv.lock are regenerated. Lint stays on 3.14: pylint fails on 3.15 because dill 0.4.1 reads code.co_lnotab, which 3.15 removed. Assisted-by: Claude Opus 5.5

Description
Add Python 3.15 and 3.15t to the test matrix and classifiers (3.15t without the gRPC packages: no grpcio 3.15t wheels). Bumps test pins that don't work on 3.15 (
typing_extensions4.14.0, grpcio 1.84.0, rpds-py). Lint stays on 3.14 (pylint's dill readsco_lnotab, removed in 3.15).Fixes #5832
