I created the first draft of UniOS landing page's readme. However, I have some questions:

• How detailed the tree of the project should be? Is this structure ok?

Note: I have solved the i18n issue so it would be easier for me if you accepted that pull request first, so I can put in the docs the full version of the tree.

Please change the installation type to browser-name index.html because python is not guaranteed and maybe choose the http version of git
