plugins-main/pstack0.15.25（cursor/plugins @ 6ce45c5）のうち、omega で使う部分を port しました。新スキル追加と、forge 系スクリプト・主要プレイブックの差分を日本語で反映しています。新スキル
/sharpen— 着手前に専門家視点・本当のゴール・指示の過不足を研ぐ（手動専用）/in-your-own-words— ゴールと問題を自分の言葉で言い直す（Align 補助・手動専用）既存スキル
ketchup— 画像・動画・図での説明、150 語上限、action item の書き方を上流に合わせて日本語化forge-mode/SKILL.md— サブエージェントの推論レベル／fast mode の選び方（0.15.23+）を追記プレイブック（日本語マージ）
