Ship fcitx5 with Rime (simplified Chinese by default via luna_pinyin) and Noto CJK fonts, generate a zh_CN.UTF-8-first locale with an en_US fallback, seed a default fcitx5 input-method profile in /etc/skel, and enable Chromium's Wayland IME flags so Chinese input works in the browser. Upstream Omarchy already ships the fcitx5 user unit, environment, and first-run enablement; the ARM64 package set was simply missing the input-method packages. fcitx5-chinese-addons is deliberately excluded because it hard-depends on qt6-webengine, which does not fit the 6144 MiB factory image.
