List available models considering ram.

I have a 8gen2 with 8gb ram. I download a image generating mofel, but aop refuse to load since system occupies 4gb.

I suggest to spare 4gb in calculatioj for system, and providing advanced settings to change the value.

Additionlly, is 3gb really not enough to run a 1gb model?
