configurable multiline behavior for `UChatPrompt`

Hi, I’d love support for multiline behavior in UChatPrompt.

Right now, pressing Enter always submits. For some use cases, it would be really helpful if Enter could insert a newline at the cursor, while Ctrl+Enter or Cmd+Enter submits instead.

That feels like a common writing flow for longer prompts, and it would be great if the component supported it directly through a prop or configurable shortcut.

That would be useful imo. Maybe submitOnEnter: boolean or enterMode: 'submit' | 'newline' looks good? @benjamincanac if you're fine with it I'd love to open PR for that

@mdotme Not sure what to choose between both, I'm a little concerned about the second suggestion of the issue to submit on Cmd+Enter is that a thing? 🤔

@benjamincanac Yeah naming isn't really my thing and yeah Cmd+Enter is a thing tho for example you can find that in Telegram

Main reason I want this is because on the phone I cannot use Shift + Enter to add a new line and the current UChatPrompt always sends the message on Enter.
After some research I have found that some AI chat inputs like Google AI Search for example, work by having Enter on desktop send the message, but a new line when the user is on a phone.
So maybe the actual solution is to have some dynamic behaviour like this as well?
