Found during the V2 catch-up (#36). apps/server/src/persistence/initializeV2Database.ts builds statev2.sqlite in a .v2-import-* directory next to state.sqlite and publishes by hard link. A killed first boot leaves the temp directory (about the size of state.sqlite, 1.09 GB live) and nothing removes stale ones. The data volume is about 96% full. scripts/fork/v2-cutover-prepare.ts builds the copy out of band, which avoids this on the planned path; a crash during a server-side copy is still uncovered. Upstream code; not changed in the fork.
