Create FacebookAccount model

• FacebookAccount should have uid.
  • Add association between facebook account and person.
  • uid should be required.
  • Add callback which will create person before fb account.
  • Add helper method which returns facebook account with given uid (in case if account already exists in the database) or creates a new account with uid, first_name and last_name received from facebook.
