I'm a software developer from Sweden with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kristianstad University.
Most of my practical experience comes from university projects and personal projects. I have worked with web applications, REST APIs, databases and Android development. I particularly enjoy debugging and figuring out why something is not working as expected. In larger projects, I have also often ended up taking responsibility for coordination and structure when it was needed.
A Software Engineering course project involving a server, web and mobile applications, simulated devices and physical hardware.
I was the project manager for a team of around 16 students. My work included setting up the GitHub workflow with issues, branches, pull requests and review requirements. I also coordinated requirements, risks, test plans and integration work between the different subgroups. Alongside the project management work, I contributed directly to development, mainly with server and integration-related code.
A full-stack e-commerce application developed as a university group project using React, Node.js, Express and MongoDB.
My contributions included the initial frontend and backend project structure, the homepage, navigation, profile page, cart, checkout and order confirmation. I also worked with the Figma design and deployment of the application.
My personal website contains both my developer portfolio and a separate photography portfolio.
The current version uses Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS and is deployed with Vercel.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
Kristianstad University, 180 ECTS
The programme covered areas including:
- Object-oriented programming and software development
- Frontend and backend development
- Databases and REST APIs
- Operating systems and computer networks
- Computer security
- Algorithms and data structures
- Android development
- Machine learning
For my bachelor's thesis, I investigated performance trade-offs between two API rate-limiting strategies: Queue-on-Limit and Drop-on-Limit.
Photography and videography have been long-running interests of mine. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and working on smaller technical projects when I find an interesting problem to explore.
