Share by link (read-only): upload button

Steps to reproduce

1. Share folder by link
2. Make link read-only
3. open link in browser

Expected behaviour

Because the folder is read-only, there shouldn't be a "plus" (+) button to add new files or folders. It just confuse people who don't know its read-only.

Actual behaviour

There is the plus button to upload and add new files:
