[Bug]: Library "Nextcloud upload library" does not contain many translation fixes and completions #49211

Bug description
French and danish users reported missing translations.
There may be others.
After research @nickvergessen stated:
The “problem” is that server still ships version 1.5.0 of that library in stable30 releases, so no new translations since 20th August.
Steps to reproduce
- Install latest NC v30.0.2
- Open Files in French
- See missing translations
