[Bug]: Advanced Sharing settings: Options cannot be unchecked

Bug description

When you share a file via the sidebar in the files app, the checkboxes under Advanced settings are not working properly:

A) When you share with a Nextcloud user:

• Set expiration date cannot be unchecked
• Allow download exists twice

B) When you share with an eMail:

• Set password cannot be unchecked
• Set expiration date cannot be unchecked
• Video verification cannot be checked (but is existent and not shown disabled)

Steps to reproduce

1. open files App
2. click on share icon to the left of file/folder name
3. in the sidebar tab Sharing, put a username or eMail in the field Search for share recipients and select a recipient
4. expand the Advanced settings pane
5. try to check/uncheck the described checkboxes

Expected behavior

No option is present twice, checking/unchecking works.

Unfortunately, in 27.1.4, the following problems persist:

B) When you share with an eMail:

• Set password cannot be unchecked
• Video verification cannot be checked (but is existent and not shown disabled)
