Update `@nextcloud/files` to 4.x

@nextcloud/files has a new release with breaking changes that are required for Nextcloud 33 (Hub 26 Winter).

Everyone needs to check their assigned apps if the dependency is used, upgrade the package and adapt to the changes. The changelog provides a migration guide but please also test relevant affected code paths manually: https://github.com/nextcloud-libraries/nextcloud-files/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md
