Write access should be enough according to https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/developer_manual/basics/front-end/l10n.html#setup-of-the-transifex-sync

No I did not took any content from here.
I always copied the content of the last used issue (having that checkbox list) to the new one and improved steps over time.
