This is a request for new documentation! #1185

Summary

This is an additive request, there's no specific problem, I encountered. I want to add to our guides for building custom visualizations to help developers get more hands on experience with building Custom Visualizations on the platform. Specifically, these guides will be used in a training as part of New Relic University's offerings.

What type of documentation change are you suggesting?

This will be a New Relic educational guide for building Custom Visualizations.

Motivation

Developers will get more exposure to how they can interact with their users through custom visualizations. I would like to create two guides:

1. Customizing your custom visualization with New Relic components, specifically <SegmentedControl>
2. Building off of the Added a readme!!! #1, adjusting the solution to use the nr1.json configuration block instead of the SegmentedControl component.

Writing the documentation

I have the outline of the lesson worked up in a private github repository and to hopefully help move this forward as quickly as possible, I plan to create the two guides as standalone guides ASAP for review by the team. @jaesius will help me to create a "Custom visualization" subcategory where all three (the two new ones plus the currently available "getting started" guide) can live.
