Fix the rattler-build line in the conda release action.
This fails: rattler-build upload anaconda -o netzoo rattler-build/**/*.conda
But the manual version of the conda release should work:
rattler-build upload anaconda -o netzoo --api-key ${{ secrets.ANACONDA_TOKEN }} output/**/*.conda
Check what changes have been made in the manual one.
