`pr` command doesn't work on Ruby 3.4.0

When trying to use the gem we get an error:

It's probably related to the version of ruby in the dev container:

  image: ghcr.io/nerdgeschoss/nerdgeschoss/development-environment:3.4-24

Acceptance criteria:

• gem works as before and we can create PRs with no error

@acidburnt : I was unable to re-create it, using Ruby 3.4.5.

ruby 3.4.5 (2025-07-16 revision 20cda200d3) +PRISM [aarch64-linux]
root@localhost:/workspaces/finances# pr -i 123
GraphQL: Could not resolve to an issue or pull request with the number of 123. (repository.issue)
could not execute 'gh issue view 123 --json title'

I did the same test with an issue that does exist and it still worked.
