when i try to reset the problems submission history and the code editor has a solution already written in it, once the reset happens and i click submit, i get an error. turns out the editor cant see the code in my editor unless i copy the code and paste it in again. cause i guess when you reset submissions, its supposed to clear the code in editor or at least it does internally but in the UI its still there but on submission its not recognized
