Adds the GitHub issue proposal comment for Expensify#97832 (Agents back navigation after creating agent on narrow layouts).
The proposal traces the root cause to PR Expensify#95631's
revealRouteBeforeDismissingModalpath and recommends passingROUTES.SETTINGS_AGENTSasbackToon the revealed report route.
