• Merge this PR before the dependent livesource, erdblick, and top-level mapviewer release PRs.
• Tag and publish v2026.1.3 after verification.

Changes

• Adjust websocket message size limit, add try/catch blocks for robustness. Fixes WebSocket: oversized client messages cause std::terminate crash #155
• Ensure that concurrent users cannot block higher-stage loading for others (Ensure that concurrent users cannot block higher-stage loading for others erdblick#346)

Already Released with 2026.1.2 but not on main:

• Fix bad feature id serialization path.
• Avoid stage mix-ups in feature layer/model access.
