Carries pingdotgg#15870 mobile-image-thread-starting by nekohasekai, which fixes pingdotgg#15605 mobile-image-thread-starting. Adapted to Effect 4.0.1's effect/reactivity import path. Drop this layer at the refresh after pingdotgg#15870 mobile-image-thread-starting merges upstream.

What Changed
Carries pingdotgg#15870 mobile-image-thread-starting by @nekohasekai, which fixes pingdotgg#15605 mobile-image-thread-starting. A thread started from mobile no longer stays on "Starting…" or reopens as "Thread unavailable": the thread screen's model, queue and subagent readers now wait until the server has created the thread, like the main selection already did.
Why
Those readers asked the server for the new thread before it existed, and the resulting not-found was kept as a deletion, so the screen never switched to the live conversation. Drop this layer at the refresh after pingdotgg#15870 merges upstream.
