Introduce a new docs Next.js app at apps/docs using the Fumadocs UI/layouts. Adds route layouts, docs and blog pages (with static params/metadata), API endpoints for raw markdown and search, MDX content (multiple blog posts and docs), UI components (AnimatedSVG, CopyMarkdownButton), global styles and layout config, source helpers, SVG assets, and project config (package.json, Next config, tsconfig). Also adds a .gitmodules entry for a fumadocs-ref submodule.

Add a client Nav component and inject it into the home/docs layouts (disabling the built-in layout nav). Refactor AnimatedSVG to accept either a function or a string animation name and add an animation registry; import animation modules so MDX can reference animations by name. Add multiple animation modules under apps/docs/lib/animations (part06..part08 series and requestProcessing) and update many MDX posts to use the string-based onAnimate API (also removing some redundant top-level headings). Minor layout config tweak (add secondary flags) and sync-docs script updated to match these changes.
